SHIPPING POLICY
1.1. The buyer must indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
1.2. The goods are delivered to the Buyer using Omniva (registered postal parcel) and Lietuvos Paštas services (registered postal parcel, LP Express courier or post machines). During the “free shipping” time offer, the seller reserves the right to decide for himself how to send the goods to the buyer.
1.3. The goods are prepared for the buyer within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received.
1.4. In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, goods are delivered by post or Omniva post offices within 1-3 working days. When sending to other foreign countries, the delivery time differs: Poland from 2-7 working days; United Kingdom from 4 to 10 working days; Norway, Switzerland from 5 to 14 working days. 1.5. In all cases, the seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the buyer or due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
1.6. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment received unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.
1.7. The buyer must provide the seller by post with photos of the damaged parcel and / or product (s).
1.8. If the goods are returned to the seller due to the buyer’s fault incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without removing it from the post machines within the maximum storage period, the buyer must pay the seller for re-dispatch costs.
